DEVELOPING: Employees and Guests Report Luxor Power Outage

The Strip -- Employees and guests inside the Luxor Hotel and Casino report a power outage.
Employees and supervisors who wished to remain anonymous tell 8 News Now that the power outage began Saturday afternoon.
Guests using Twitter to describe the situation inside say the slot machines aren't working, computers are down, and the air conditioning isn't running.
One supervisor tells 8 News Now that the only water available in the hotel is at the Starbucks in the casino and the Salon.
8 News Now put in calls to NV Energy and the Luxor Hotel and Casino for comment. Stay with 8 News Now on the air and online for any new information. |
